CONCESSIONS TRAINING & EMPLOYMENT

INNERVISION is expanding, through partnerships with companies like Levy Restaurants. For individuals with disabilities, we are now providing paid job training and placement in concessions at high-profile venues including the Mercedes Benz Stadium home of the Atlanta Falcons & Atlanta United. For every event where the trainees work, they earn a paycheck at minimum wage or higher for their service.
Skills include basic food handling, cashiering, and inventory. Get job coaching, hands-on training, job readiness skills, and more.
Our Mobile job coach will be hosting interviews throughout the city. Check back for upcoming hiring events.

Completing the application and the in-take form is not a guarantee of acceptance into the program. Upon successful completion of all necessary paperwork and providing proper documentation, your application will be reviewed and an initial meeting will be scheduled to interview the potential program participant.

The Project HireMe Program: Concessions Training & Employment provides education, job-training and jobs to adults with disabilities who reside within the Metro Atlanta, Georgia area.
WHAT TYPES OF JOBS DO WE TRAIN FOR?
Project HireMe Program: Concessions Training & Employment, trains adults in skills needed to maintain any kind of employment, and we place a primary emphasis on skills utilized in the concessions industries.

ARE TRAINEES PROPERLY SUPERVISED DURING TRAINING AND OJT (ON-JOB-TRAINING)
Yes. Â At no times will the trainees be unsupervised within the INNERVISION facility or OJT.
WHAT IS THE COST OF THE PROGRAM?
This is a paid OTJ program. Participants work for INNERVISION at the Mercedes Benz Stadium concessions for Levy Restaurants. Wages are minimum wage or higher.
ARE MEALS PROVIDED?
Yes. For each event worked, participants will receive a meal ticket. Meals are taken before events.
WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROJECT HIRMEÂ PROGRAM?
The Project HireMe Program has three basic eligibility requirements. These are the requirements to participate in the paid on the job training program:
Must be over the age of 18
Must be living within the Metro Atl, GA area
Must have a medical diagnosis with a disability
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROJECT HIREME PROGRAM?

Must be able to self medicate (or take medications outside of program hours)
Must possess a willingness to work
HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?
INNERVISION, offers an individualized training concept. Trainees receive on-going training, helping them to reinforce and master the skills that they have learned as well as helping them to develop additional skills training.
HOW LONG CAN A PARTICIPANT STAY IN THE ON-THE JOB TRAINING?
This is a paid work experience and can be considered employment for those who wish to continue.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM HOME?
No, it is the responsibility of the applicant and the guardian to get the applicant to the work site.
ARE APPLICANTS ENROLLED IN THE PROGRAM JUST BY COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FOR ENTRANCE?
No, the applicant must first have an initial meeting by assessed by the Director of the program. If both the applicant and the program director agree to participation, an enrollment packet will need to be completed. Once all documents have been submitted and approved, the applicant will then be able to begin the on the job training program.
IS THIS A FULL TIME?
No, this is part-time, the job is per event only. Therefore, you will only working days there are events. An event calendar will be provided each month.
