EMPLOYING PEOPLE WITH EXCEPTIONALITIES
EMPLOY PASSIONATE EMPLOYEES
INNERVISION assists employers in understanding the benefits of hiring people with exceptionalities. As part of this process, we help employers apply for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) or On-the-Job Training, if applicable.
We provide awareness training on exceptionalities, as needed, to supervisors and staff who will work with these employees, as well as offer job coaching—either on or off-site—as needed or desired, for both the employer and the employee.
The unemployment rate for people with exceptionalities is far higher than it is for those without exceptionalities, and the job market is competitive. We are passionate about teaching employers the benefits of hiring people with exceptionalities, including having workers who are well-trained, loyal, reliable, and consistent.
